Leadership
The church is led by a team of 20 elders, some of whom are employed by the church in different areas of ministry. We do not have a senior pastor but are committed as a team to supporting one another in serving the fellowship, recognising and making room for the differing gifts and callings in each team member. We are totally committed to team leadership and see the ability to work together with others as a prerequisite for any kind of leadership position within the fellowship. Our priority is: relationship and function not titles and position.
